About Us
Lord Lamont — Arron Lamont Farmer
Lord Lamont (Arron Lamont Farmer) is the founder of the One Family movement and The One Family Agency, and co-host of the 'EBX Cares and Lord Lamont Father and Son' podcast with his dad — a celebration of life, music, and hip-hop culture. His education in business and performance is the engine behind the movement: the business mind to build infrastructure that lasts, and the performer's voice to carry a message people feel.
EBX Cares — Eric Lamont Farmer
EBX Cares (Eric Lamont Farmer) is Lord Lamont's father and co-host, a community advocate, and the elder voice of the father-and-son show. His story is the movement's foundation: when Lord Lamont was a baby, his dad walked miles to get to work to provide for his family — grit, sacrifice, and showing up no matter the distance. He brings the generational wisdom and experience. That's the standard One Family is built to.
The Mission
The One Family Agency is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, and builds infrastructure for single father advocacy, community enterprise, homelessness eradication, refugee and immigrant asylum support, and resources and financial literacy.
