Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from when you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

•  Item must be unworn and in original packaging with tags

•  You need the order number or proof of purchase

How to start a return:

Email us at killakindsx@gmail.com with your order # and reason. We aim to send you a return label/instructions within 24 hours.

Once we receive it, we'll inspect it and aim to issue your refund to your original payment method within 48 hours. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

•  Sale items / Final sale items can't be returned

•  Intimates, swimwear, beauty, or perishable goods for hygiene reasons

Damaged, wrong, or defective item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos - we'll cover shipping and send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refunds cover the full item price; shipping costs are non-refundable. Each piece is printed to order, which is why returns must be unworn. If you need help with a return, email us at killakindsx@gmail.com.
